Job Description
Clearly Trained is looking for a mid/high+ level programmer & flash developer with experience in as2 and as3 programming language. From developing training templates, xml driven content, virtual surgery tools and eLearning development, the perfect candidate will know Flash through and through - have production processes down and be capable of working with/developing for other Flash developers on the team.
All of our projects are highly creative - candidate must have some experience working with graphics/designing and carrying a brand and styles throughout a project. Experience as a designer/animator/illustrator would be a huge bonus.
Skills
- Proficient at AS2 and AS3 programming language
- Creative & design abilities (able to replicate a client brand, trace photos, create layouts)
- Ability to critique/accept constructive criticism
- Eye for detail & quality
- Ability to work with others & suggest ideas & speak your mind
- Past experience with eLearning or web based training a bonus
- Programs we work in on a day to day basis: Flash, Photoshop/Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Wordpress, Poser, Google Sketchup, Illustrator, Audition/Audacity, Microsoft Office Suite. Skills in all of these not required but would be a bonus
- Any other programming/computer science background would be a bonus as well (php/database integration, xml, html5)
